Users Submitting Information Via Contact and Order Forms
We use and retain the information you send us via our website Contact form and Order form for the sole purpose of providing our Yard Card service to you and completing
pertinent business transactions. Under no circumstances will we ever share your contact information (email, phone number, mailing address) with other individuals, organizations,
or businesses without your consent. We may send you occasional emails to keep you up-to-date with information and news regarding our business you might be interested in or
any promotions we might be offering, but we will honor your request to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
All of our invoicing is done through PayPal. David's Signage does not retain any of your payment information.
Ownership and Copyright
The images on this website and the signs used in our Yard Card displays contain original artwork created and owned by David's Signage. Our customers neither buy nor rent our
yard signs; they pay for the service we provide, and the signs are the instruments we use to be effective and competitive in providing that service. The signs and the artwork
they display are at all times the property of David's Signage, and we, the owners of the signs and the originators of the artwork, reserve our exclusive rights of ownership
and our exclusive rights under copyright law to determine how our signs, artwork, and imagery are to be used, copied, and distributed. Customers have our permission to take
and share photos of their displays for their own personal enjoyment as a way of preserving a memory, honoring a loved one, or commemorating an event. They may not, however,
attempt to sell, rent, or give away our signs to a third party, alter them in any way, use them for something other than their intended purpose, make copies of them, or
otherwise attempt to reproduce them in any way for any purpose.
After placing your order, we will review it and email you back as soon as possible. If we are able to satisfy your request, you will receive an
invoice for the total cost of your Yard Card display. You must remit payment in full in order to reserve the date you request and the display items you order.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have safe and legal access to the property for setting up and taking down your display.
Please notify the property owners, managers, and/or caretakers and obtain permission for us to be there.
Please verify that there is grassy area in the front of the property, free of clutter and debris, large enough for your display. We cannot set up the signs
in standing water, mud, mulch, rock, or frozen soil.
Please check that there are no sprinklers or other underground systems in the area that we might interfere with. Our metal stakes penetrate the soil to a depth of 3 to 6 inches.
Please do NOT allow dogs to run loose on the property while we are there setting up or taking down your display.
It is your responsibility to safeguard our property while in your possession and make sure we get it back in the same condition we left it. You will be billed for
the replacement cost of any items which are damaged or stolen due to your carelessness or negligence.
We encourage you to take individual and/or group photos with your display, but please do NOT allow anyone to sit on it, lean on it, or brush up against it in any way.
Please do NOT allow children or pets to play around your display.
Please do NOT perform any yard work near your display such as trimming, mowing, watering, fertilizing, spraying, power washing, leaf blowing, or snow blowing.
Please do NOT attempt to wipe off or clean any of the display items.
Please do NOT tape, glue, staple, or tie anything to your display or try to decorate, embellish, or modify it in any way.
Please do NOT eat, drink, or smoke around your display.
Please do NOT allow anyone other than employees of David’s Signage to move or remove any of the display pieces. If for some reason your display needs to be relocated or removed
altogether, please contact us, and we will come out and take care of it for you.
If, for any reason, you cancel your order, you must do so by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation of your display in order to receive a full refund.
If we are unable to set up your display due to being sent to the wrong address, being accused of trespassing, being asked to leave the property by the owner or the police, having
no suitable area where we can set up your display, being unable to access the location, being confronted by an unleashed dog, being harassed by neighbors—and being unable to reach
you to resolve such issues—you will NOT be granted a refund.
If we are unable to set up your display due to extreme weather or ground conditions outside of your control, we will notify you as soon as possible and grant you a full refund.
